I'm really hoping that this past week is not a reflection of what's to come this new year. It all started when Justin asked me to get all the decorations off the tree so it could be down before the first of the year because it's Bad Luck he said. I'm thinking I've taken trees down past the new year and nothing happened. Anyway i got all the stuff off, but the tree was never taken down till Friday the 2nd. While Justin was taking the tree outside he went to throw it into the back of the truck and didn't realize how light it was and hit the back window with the tree trunk and shattered the window. Saturday i decided to take Carter back to the doctor because he still had a fever and his cough was getting worse. At the doctor because of his oxygen level he was admitted into the hospital and had to stay from 2:00 Sat to 6:00 Monday because of RSV. Not fun. Anyone with a 2yr old knows they don't like to be confined in anyway. There were many times he would get off the bed still hooked up to oxygen and try and run away. He didn't get to far. I know for the next while he is going to be deathly afraid of anyone in scrubs and a mask. I'm really hoping that once he is over this that we will have a better start to a new year. I might be taking my trees down the day after christmas fom now on!:)

Sorry its been so long. This has been a crazy month. This post is going to be a bit long, sorry. We were very excited to spend Thanksgiving with Justin's family in South Carolina. Justin was excited to be able to see his family and play Golf a bit longer. Carter really enjoyed spending time with his Nana and Papa. He always has a blast with them. We all wish we were a little closer. Once we got back I couldn't believe Christmas was 3 weeks away. This Christmas came and went way too fast. Carter loved all the Christmas lights. Anytime he saw a house he would say "I spy with my little eye, Christmas lights". We went into Wal-Mart and the man greeting us looked like Santa and Carter got excited and said, "Hi Santa". It was funny. Christmas Eve we spent with the Doxeys'. All I can say is Head Ache. We are almost outnumbered by kids. We tried to do the Nativity and the kids kept fighting over who was who. Opening presents was insane, but we all had a great time. To think we are going to add at least 2 more kids by next year. Anyway I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and have a Happy New Year!

My partents always like to give all the couples the same gift each year.I was very excited because my little vacumme broke and i didn't really want to buy another. Justin was really excited.

So Marcia and I decided to have the boys get together and decoratecookies. They had a blast. I think Carter ate more than decorated. They always like to play together. As Carter says they are Best Friends.

IT'S A GIRL!

IT'S A GIRL!! We just found out last week we are having a girl. We were very surprised since my doctor said it was a boy 6 weeks ago. I guess that happens. Anyway we are very excited. Come March Carter will have a baby sister. He's funny i'll say mommy has a baby in here belly and he'll try and pull my shirt up and ask to see it. Or he say's Carter has a baby in his belly.

Halloween. Carter was Dumbo this year. We were able to go to a carnival up in Eden with some cousins and go trick or treating around Grandma and Grandpa Doxey's.

CHRISTMAS IN OCTOBER

Carter was so excited to see the snow this morning. He saw the snow and started to sing Jingle Bells. I was trying to walk into church and he wanted to play in the snow instead. He wasn't too excited to go inside. Once we got home i said we could play outside. He asked if he could put his coke (coat) on. This was Max's first time seeing snow. When i let him out this morning he was going crazy. He was eating the snow and running all over the place. It's crazy, snow in October. I asked my parents how much snow they got and my mom said none. We got dumped on in Ogden but the Valley got nothing. I know with this storm Carter is going to want to be outside all the time this winter.



Justin had Carter and Max outside playing one day and Carter decided he wanted to ride Max. Carter was loving it and Max was actually letting him. Carter loves to play with Max. He will go up to Max and say "Sit Max, Sit. Good dog".
